How do I check the status of my order?

As soon as your order is placed, you can track your order until it arrives.

We process your order as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 business day, to ensure that you receive it within the specified delivery time.As soon as your order ships you will be notified by email and can track the package to your door. If your order does not arrive within the designated time frame, please contact us by email – info@ardenskids.com or by phone – (609) 884-8643.
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don’t have an item that you’ve ordered in stock, we will notify you immediately by email. In this case, we don’t charge you for the item or any taxes or shipping charges related to it. However, if your order contains other items, taxes and shipping for that part of the order are still charged.

How long will delivery take?

Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update after you receive it. Orders within the United States normally take 3-7 business days to arrive after being shipped.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept Paypal.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Immediately after placing your order, contact us either by email – info@ardenskids.com or by phone – (609) 884-8643 and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. We fill orders extremely quickly, usually within 1 day, so the time window for changes or cancellations is very short.

Can I return or exchange items?

We hope that you loved what you ordered, but in case you don’t like the color or the size didn’t fit, we will send you a new size, color, or style. We will refund you the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the returned or replaced merchandise, and send you an email to let you know we received the delivery.Refunds are in the form of the original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company make take up to an additional 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
